Refund & Returns Policy

At AmrohaOnline, we strive to ensure that every customer is satisfied with their purchase. However, if you are not completely happy with your order, we’re here to help.

Returns

You may request a return within 3–7 days of receiving your order (depending on product type). To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition
  • The product must be in original packaging with all tags intact
  • A valid proof of purchase (order ID/invoice) is required

Non-Returnable Items

Certain products are not eligible for return, including:

  • Medicines and healthcare products (once delivered)
  • Perishable items (food, groceries, etc.)
  • Personal care items (opened or used)
  • Items marked as “Non-returnable” on the product page

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • We will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund
  • If approved, the refund will be processed within 5–7 working days
  • The amount will be credited to your original payment method or wallet

Replacement

If you receive a defective, damaged, or wrong product:

  • You can request a replacement within 48 hours of delivery
  • Please share clear images or videos as proof

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  • Check your bank account again
  • Contact your bank or payment provider
  • If still unresolved, contact our support team

Shipping for Returns

  • Return shipping may be free or chargeable depending on the issue
  • If the return is due to our error (wrong/damaged item), we will cover the cost
